ADHD at Senior Level: When Promotion Removes the Structure That Was Holding You Up with Roxana Tascu

Deadlines, a manager, a clear brief and visible consequences are external structure, and for many people with ADHD they were doing the work of executive function. Seniority removes them. The calendar empties into open time, the deadlines become yours to set, and the capability that got you promoted appears to disappear. This session covers why competence seems to fall away at exactly the point of success, what has actually changed, and how to rebuild the scaffolding deliberately when nobody above you is providing it any more.
Led by Roxana Tascu, business psychologist (MSc, UCL) and executive ADHD coach (PCC, ICF), trained at ADDCA New York, with more than 2,000 hours of coaching. Her work is built on one idea: under the right conditions, ADHD becomes an advantage. Drawing on business psychology and positive psychology, she helps founders and senior professionals with ADHD engineer those conditions, so the advantage can surface.
We receive no government funds. Fundraising is extremely difficult because of the economic climate and because of the discrimination and stigma that means many can’t be out and ask for fundraising sponsorship. That means any donation you give is extremely valued and is the only way we can do the work we do.
We ask for a donation regardless of size. Even 1p. With a suggested donation of £5.
If you are not in a position to donate then we still want to welcome you and have you attend. Simply put in the suggested donation and place the tickets in your basket, generate your coupon here, and use the coupon to 100% discount the basket.
