About this session
Join Jack Palmer, ND Mindfulness Teacher & Workplace consultant, to find the mindfulness anchors that work for you.
Instead of another long practice which you find hard to focus on or integrate into your busy life with ADHD, these sessions will help you learn the benefits of mindfulness in a way that's accessible, practical and works for you individually and on an ongoing basis. Because of their nature, these tools are built for supporting you in the workplace and beyond.
Practicing mindfulness with ADHD can offer many benefits, including:
- Reduction in stress
- Being more present
- Increased self awareness
- Increased attention & focus
- Controlled impulsivity
- Emotional regulation
- Feeling calmer, clearer & more in control
We receive no government funds. Fundraising is extremely difficult because of the economic climate and because of the discrimination and stigma that means many can’t be out and ask for fundraising sponsorship. That means any donation you give is extremely valued and is the only way we can do the work we do.
This session is free, but please donate if you can. Donations are gratefully received, and we suggest £5.
If you are not in a position to donate then we still want to welcome you and have you attend. Choose Can't pay at the moment? on this page to book a free place.
