About this session

Presented by Sheila Lord: for ADHD UK’s Network

New to an ADHD diagnosis and navigating the messy middle of menopause and imposter syndrome, Sheila shares how she’s found practical ways to use AI and everyday digital tools to reduce overwhelm and keep things moving.

From using her inbox as a to-do list, to relying on ChatGPT when her brain freezes, this session is a candid, real-world look at how small tech tweaks and a few well-loved notebooks can turn chaos into clarity and how sometimes it's ok to take a break and recognise when to walk away for a little while.

We receive no government funds. Fundraising is extremely difficult because of the economic climate and because of the discrimination and stigma that means many can’t be out and ask for fundraising sponsorship. That means any donation you give is extremely valued and is the only way we can do the work we do.

This session is free, but please donate if you can. Donations are gratefully received, and we suggest £5.

If you are not in a position to donate then we still want to welcome you and have you attend. Choose Can't pay at the moment? on this page to book a free place.
