Executive Function, Energy and ADHD: Why Every System You Build Stops Working with Roxana Tascu

You have built the system before. Several times. It worked for eleven days. This session explains why: most productivity systems assume a steady supply of executive function, and ADHD does not supply it steadily. It supplies it in response to interest, urgency and novelty. So the fix is not a better system, it is a system that expects the variation. We cover how to predict your good hours instead of hoping for them, how to track energy rather than time, and how to design a week that survives an average day rather than requiring a brilliant one.
Led by Roxana Tascu, business psychologist (MSc, UCL) and executive ADHD coach (PCC, ICF), trained at ADDCA New York, with more than 2,000 hours of coaching. Her work is built on one idea: under the right conditions, ADHD becomes an advantage. Drawing on business psychology and positive psychology, she helps founders and senior professionals with ADHD engineer those conditions, so the advantage can surface.
We receive no government funds. Fundraising is extremely difficult because of the economic climate and because of the discrimination and stigma that means many can’t be out and ask for fundraising sponsorship. That means any donation you give is extremely valued and is the only way we can do the work we do.
We ask for a donation regardless of size. Even 1p. With a suggested donation of £5.
If you are not in a position to donate then we still want to welcome you and have you attend. Simply put in the suggested donation and place the tickets in your basket, generate your coupon here, and use the coupon to 100% discount the basket.
