In this session, you’ll have the space to explore how ADHD shows up in your day-to-day working life, discover what support you’re entitled to, and learn how to have those conversations with your employer with confidence.
From workplace adjustments and Access to Work funding, to practical strategies that actually work for your brain — this session is here to help you feel less alone and more in control.
You don’t need to have all the answers to attend. You just need to show up.
We receive no government funds.
