About this session
A supportive and empowering session designed for employees who are navigating ADHD in the workplace — whether you're newly diagnosed, self-identifying, or simply trying to understand yourself better at work.
In this session, you'll have the space to explore how ADHD shows up in your day-to-day working life, discover what support you're entitled to, and learn how to have those conversations with your employer with confidence.
From workplace adjustments and Access to Work funding, to practical strategies that actually work for your brain — this session is here to help you feel less alone and more in control.
You don't need to have all the answers to attend. You just need to show up.
We receive no government funds. Fundraising is extremely difficult because of the economic climate and because of the discrimination and stigma that means many can’t be out and ask for fundraising sponsorship. That means any donation you give is extremely valued and is the only way we can do the work we do.
This session is free, but please donate if you can. Donations are gratefully received, and we suggest £5.
If you are not in a position to donate then we still want to welcome you and have you attend. Choose Can't pay at the moment? on this page to book a free place.
