About this session
Join us for a psychologically grounded space exploring the realities of ADHD in policing.
This unique support group is led by Dr Miriam Mavia-Zając, Consultant Chartered Psychologist, neurodivergence specialist assessor, corporate trainer, and executive coach; and the Founder & CEO of Neurodiverse You. Dr Miriam brings deep psychological expertise and systemic insight to support those navigating ADHD in high-stakes roles.
She is supported by Amy Green, ADHD coach and psychologist, founder of NeuroMagic Club, and a former police officer with lived experience of ADHD. Amy brings a rare blend of operational insight and neuro-affirming practice, helping to create a space that feels both relatable and empowering.
Whether you're currently serving or have worked in policing in the past, this is a safe space to explore how ADHD shows up in high-pressure environments—and how others with shared experience are navigating challenges and celebrating strengths".
We receive no government funds. Fundraising is extremely difficult because of the economic climate and because of the discrimination and stigma that means many can’t be out and ask for fundraising sponsorship. That means any donation you give is extremely valued and is the only way we can do the work we do.
