About this session

Trevor Twohig discusses the real and lasting impact of alcohol consumption on ADHDers. With lived experience of ADHD and alcohol abuse in his younger years, the talk will give insight into how alcohol does more than just superficial and shortlived damage to the ADHD brain. Trevor gives practical advice and tips on how to cut down or quit before answering your questions on the topic.
Trevor is an ADHD coach and writes books.

We receive no government funds. Fundraising is extremely difficult because of the economic climate and because of the discrimination and stigma that means many can’t be out and ask for fundraising sponsorship. That means any donation you give is extremely valued and is the only way we can do the work we do.

We ask for a donation of any size from 40p, with a suggested donation of £5.

If you are not in a position to donate then we still want to welcome you and have you attend. Choose Can't pay at the moment? on this page to book a free place.
