Please join us for a new 90 minute workshop to boost confidence and learn to recognise our achievements.
#IAmRemarkable is a global movement that empowers everyone, particularly underrepresented groups, to celebrate their achievements, and have their voices heard. Paula is a coach, who herself has ADHD. She is very proud to bring #IAmRemarkable to ADHD UK. We have decided to run men’s and women’s workshops separately to help attendees to feel safe and supported. We receive no government funds. Fundraising is extremely difficult because of the economic climate and because of the discrimination and stigma that means many can’t be out and ask for fundraising sponsorship.
