About this session

Join Sarah Osborne, award-winning nutritionist and ADHD coach, for a free monthly online workshop created especially for adults with ADHD and parents of children with ADHD.

These sessions offer a safe, welcoming space to talk openly about food, eating patterns, appetite changes, emotional eating, selective eating, supplement questions, and the everyday challenges that can come with ADHD and nutrition.

Each 60-minute session includes:

  • 30-minute focused presentation
Practical, evidence-based guidance on topics linked to ADHD and eating, such as blood sugar balance, dopamine and food, managing low appetite on medication, evening overeating, planning meals with executive function challenges, and supporting gut health.

  • 30-minute “Ask a Nutritionist” open chat
A supportive, judgment-free space to ask questions, share experiences, and learn from others. No pressure. No shame. Just honest conversation and practical support.

You’ll leave with:

  • Clear, easy-to-follow strategies you can use straight away

  • Realistic tips that fit busy, neurodivergent lives

  • Resources to support you between sessions

  • Reassurance that you are not alone in this

These workshops are designed to feel calm, practical and grounded in science, while always keeping compassion at the centre of the session.

Whether you’re struggling with food noise, chaotic eating patterns, low appetite, emotional eating, or simply want to better understand your brain and body, you are very welcome.

We receive no government funds. Fundraising is extremely difficult because of the economic climate and because of the discrimination and stigma that means many can’t be out and ask for fundraising sponsorship. That means any donation you give is extremely valued and is the only way we can do the work we do. This session is free, but please donate if you can. Donations are gratefully received, and we suggest £5. If you are not in a position to donate then we still want to welcome you and have you attend. Choose Can't pay at the moment? on this page to book a free place.
