About this session
Join me on the 4th Thursday of every month for a relaxed, practical lunchtime workshop exploring the realities of food, weight-loss, ADHD and nutrition.
These sessions offer a neuroaffirming and compassionate approach to weight management for ADHD adults who may struggle with cravings, emotional eating, inconsistency, overwhelm around food and all-or-nothing thinking.
Together we’ll explore:- ADHD-friendly nutrition strategies
- Managing cravings and dopamine-seeking eating
- Meal planning and reducing food overwhelm
- Sustainable weight loss without burnout
- Mindset, habits and self-compassion
In this judgement free zone you’ll get practical tools, education and support in a safe and understanding space.
Whether you are newly diagnosed ADHD or AuDHD or have struggled with your weight for years, or simply want a healthier relationship with food, you are very welcome to join us.
We receive no government funds. Fundraising is extremely difficult because of the economic climate and because of the discrimination and stigma that means many can’t be out and ask for fundraising sponsorship. That means any donation you give is extremely valued and is the only way we can do the work we do. This session is free, but please donate if you can. Donations are gratefully received, and we suggest £5. If you are not in a position to donate then we still want to welcome you and have you attend.
