Join this 90-minute support group to explore the philosophies and principles of sustainable self-care for ADHD with Kaye Heyes.
Kaye is an ADHD Coach, facilitator and educator, positive psychology practitioner, laughter yoga leader, and NLP Master Practitioner. She helps late-diagnosed adults prioritise their emotional and physical well-being, so that can live wholeheartedly, develop positive relationships with themselves and others, and deal with change and uncertainty.
As a single parent to two neurodivergent teens, she has learned how important it is to prioritise her wellbeing and make space & time for ongoing somatic self-care practices within her daily routines. Her holistic approach when working with others includes nervous system support, embodied values and boundaries, inner relationship focusing and felt sense, creativity, mindful awareness and intentional harnessing of positive emotions.
