Learn the big reasons why ADHD people avoid work, why it’s hard to start, and what to do about it. Highly visual presentation packed with information and accessible explanations. You don’t need a diagnosis to join. This is targeted at adults only, and not a support group for parents.
Note: this is an introduction to a complex topic. We’ll cover a lot and give practical strategies, but don’t expect a magic wand. Understanding is the start of change, not the end of it. Learn why you avoid, so you can address it.
There will be a generous Q&A at the end to get more specific answers to your situation.
