An in-person support group facilitated and run by Anna Ruggiero.
Feeling overwhelmed, misunderstood, or alone in your journey with ADHD? You are not alone. Join our supportive and welcoming ADHD support group, facilitated by Anna, who was diagnosed with ADHD as an adult, and who is a certified hypnotherapist specialising in ADHD, and a trainee counsellor.
Whether you’re newly diagnosed or have been living with ADHD for years, Anna’s group aims to bring ADHD adults together to better understand themselves and their ADHD, to share information, support each other, and have a positive impact on themselves and others.
Together, we will navigate the challenges of ADHD.
Parking: Free on-street parking.
We receive no government funds. Fundraising is extremely difficult because of the economic climate and because of the discrimination and stigma that means many can’t be out and ask for fundraising sponsorship. That means any donation you give is extremely valued and is the only way we can do the work we do.
We ask for a donation regardless of size. Even 1p. With a suggested donation of £5.
