DESCRIPTION:Katherine is as ADHD as it gets and wears all the hats to prove it: she is a neurodiversity coach and education expert who spends her busy days juggling across supporting neurodivergent women\, running projects\, writing books and championing play and creativity. \nCombining her lived experience and hundreds of hours of coaching\, she sees that ADHD is really about feeling safe\, and learning to cope with overwhelm – and her practice is all about finding a balance between the known challenges and often unacknowledged strengths that come with differently wired mind. ADHD is not a curse\, it’s a difference\, and one that can allow us to thrive once we know how to harness its power. \nWe receive no government funds. Fundraising is extremely difficult because of the economic climate and because of the discrimination and stigma that means many can’t be out and ask for fundraising sponsorship. That means any donation you give is extremely valued and is the only way we can do the work we do. \nWe ask for a donation regardless of size.
