Her coaching approach is validating\, compassionate\, and rooted in the belief that ADHD isn’t something to fix—it’s something to work with. \nCaroline is particularly skilled in supporting high-achieving adults and newly diagnosed individuals\, blending coaching with education to help clients understand and embrace their unique brain wiring.
