DESCRIPTION:Presented by Sheila Lord: for ADHD UK’s Network \nNew to an ADHD diagnosis and navigating the messy middle of menopause and imposter syndrome\, Sheila shares how she’s found practical ways to use AI and everyday digital tools to reduce overwhelm and keep things moving. \nFrom using her inbox as a to-do list\, to relying on ChatGPT when her brain freezes\, this session is a candid\, real-world look at how small tech tweaks and a few well-loved notebooks can turn chaos into clarity and how sometimes it’s ok to take a break and recognise when to walk away for a little while. \nWe receive no government funds.
