DESCRIPTION:Please join James to learn how Nature and the outdoors can help us find calm\, creativity and compassion in our lives.\n\nJames is a coach and environmentalist. He will share a practice each month from his book “Being in Nature – 20 practices to help you flourish in a busy world’\, and share some interesting science behind nature\, health and ADHD. There will be space to discuss\, ask questions\, and develop ideas to take away.\nWe receive no government funds. Fundraising is extremely difficult because of the economic climate and because of the discrimination and stigma that means many can’t be out and ask for fundraising sponsorship. That means any donation you give is extremely valued and is the only way we can do the work we do. \nWe ask for a donation regardless of size.
